Exciting news for those of us who appreciate the inner workings of the fashion industry. Well-known creative directory of Barney's New York, Simon Doonan, has made a name for himself by making multiple appearances on Vh1 pop culture commentary shows and by writing widely-read blogs and books. In the UK, his best-seller "Beautiful People" was turned into a sitcom for BBC. The series portrays Doonan as a young boy growing up in Redding and dreaming of moving to London to live among "the beautiful people." We all know that this is exactly what happened for Doonan, but the series is a fun way for fashionistas to get a look into the life of a living legend in the fashion industry. Luckily for us Yankees, Logo will begin airing the series this Tuesday, May 26.
