Q: What's your favorite romantic comedy?
Gabrielle Elias, Editor-in-Chief: Like Katie, rom-coms aren't really my thing. I'll make an exception for The Wedding Singer though!
Samantha Giordano, Editorial Director: 10 Things I Hate About You. Cheesy, witty, Heath Ledger, late 90s… an important piece of film history.
Jonathan Deniol Rodriguez, Co-Creative Director: I was a sucker for 500 Days of Summer. It was well written. It was/is relatable. And in my mind, it made me want Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt to be a real item.
Katie Roseff, Co-Creative Director: I'm not a big rom-com fan, but Just Friends with Anna Faris and Ryan Renolds is pretty funny.
Kelsey Bucsko, Co-Marketing Director: Pretty in Pink - no one does a rom-com better than John Hughes.
Carolyn Yoo, Co-Layout Director: Definitely, Maybe! It highlights not one, but three relationships and leaves you guessing who the mother is throughout the movie.
Tanya Sanderson, Events Director: Crazy, Stupid, Love! Such a good cast. A little humor, real life issues, and some definite passion.
Aimee Shimizu, Blog Director: I'm not sure if this technically counts as a romantic comedy, but Legally Blonde is just one of those movies that never fails to put a smile on my face. (Oh my god, the bend and snap! Works every time.)
